The Gordon Head Men’s Peer Support Group meets at Lambrick Park Church in the Cafe, on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, starting at 7:00 PM.
We are inviting men who want a place to fit in, a place where people are real and don’t paper over the brokenness and the tragedies in life. A place where one can talk, or just listen.
Possible Topics this Fall:
- Healthy ways to express anger and frustrations?
- Managing our Stress
- What is emotional and psychological abuse?
- Overcoming guilt and shame
- How can we repair damaged relationships?
- Does humour have a role in recovery?
- How can men be sexually fulfilled?
