Room Rentals
We offer a number of rooms to rent that can host a wide variety of events such as conferences, meetings, seminars, birthdays, galas and more. Our main auditorium, which can accomodate up to 450 people, is ideal for large conferences or banquets. We have a cafe with a kitchenette which is perfect for smaller events such as birthdays. Additional rooms downstairs are ideal for smaller group meetings.

NOTE: Lambrick Park Church is a Christian charity, with charitable objectives stated clearly in our Mission, Statement of Faith, and Constituion which help us prioritize facility use. Events and activities held at Lambrick Park Church must be in line with, or at least not contrary to, these objectives. Lambrick leadership and staff have the authority to accept or decline rental requests at their sole discretion.

Each room has a 4-hour rate, and a Full Day rate. For larger events where the Cafe or Auditorium is used, we may require that a Lambrick staff member be present for the event to assist. For those events held in the Auditorium that require the house sound system and/or video projector, a Lambrick staff member is required to operate the equipment. Renters are not permitted to operate the equipment.
Renters will also be required to provide:
- a $250 damage deposit; and
- a Certificate of Insurance obtained by the renter and provided to Lambrick before the event.
Damage deposits will be returned after the event, less any amounts required to address damages from the rental group.
