This week we are praying for our local mission housed in our Church building - Wiseways Childcare Centre. Based in our lower floor and the cottage next door to the church, Wiseways staff provide care for 3-5 year olds and their families in our community. 

Here is an update from Wiseways Director, Lisa Thomson.

Praise Reports:

  • For the safety and protection of all of the children, families, and staff this year. 
  • For God's provision of resources and support for the children in our care. 
  • For a great team of talented teachers that truly care for each child, and their unique needs and abilities. 

Prayer requests:

  • For our financial needs to be met, and expenses to be covered, despite lower enrollment this year.
  • For endurance for our team after a busy year so they are able to have fun and enjoy the summer months with the children, and be refreshed for a new school year in the fall. 
  • For the remaining registration spaces through the summer and fall to be filled.
  • For the new families registering for next school year. That their hearts will be open to learning about God and His love for them.
