We are so glad that you have decided to try out our community to see if you might find a home with us.  Our suggestion is that you come along for a few weeks to decide if our style, ethos and theology, and sense of community may fit well with yours.  As you do this, please feel free to ask questions by seeing a representative in the commons area, nabbing the pastor or chatting to the person sitting next to you.

Having said all this we feel it is highly beneficial (and scriptural) to quickly move away from our natural 'community for my needs' individualistic mentality, to asking oneself 'what part can I play in this community'.  To help understand the thoughts behind that, we define what being a member of the body (or community) looks like, and the necessary aspects of serving and giving.

We have created a booklet full of information that we think will be helpful to someone who is new to Lambrick called 'Belonging, Serving and Giving'. If you would like to read it, you can download it below.

Also keep an eye open for our Newcomers' Huddle, a brief session held frequently after the service to meet staff and get to know what LPC is all about!
