Today we pray for our missions partners, Brent and Shelley who are based in Australia and work  to transmit shortwave and radio gospel broadcasts to  listeners in the Asia Pacific region. They are sent by SonSet solutions Canada to serve with Reach Beyond in Australia.

Here are some prayer requests from them for their ministry and their family: 

  • Please pray for listeners in India, Bhutan, Myanmar, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, and surrounding countries to tune in and find the new broadcast frequencies as we shift to the A26 shortwave schedule on Sunday, March 29 (This schedule runs for 7 months until late October).
  • Pray for Brent as he works to wrap up a multi-year network upgrade project at our Kununurra site.
  • Thank God for our opportunity to visit Victoria for a couple of weeks in late February/early March, and good visits with family, especially with Brent’s Dad and our grandson Forrest.
  • Please pray for our youngest son, Malcolm, who is suffering from colitis (intestinal inflammation) following his first MS treatments. This likely means he won’t be able to continue with this course of treatment. Pray for healing and wisdom regarding an alternative course of MS treatment.
