Youth Parent Survey
If you have a child in youth, we’d love your feedback as we wrap up the youth year. This helps us reflect honestly on what has been helpful, what could be improved, and how we can better serve students and families next year. This survey should take about 5–7 minutes. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts! Your name will be entered into a draw for a $30 Starbucks Gift Card. The winner will be announced at the end of June.
