LAMBRICK PARK CHURCH

The FACILITY COORDINATOR reports to the Executive Pastor and works closely with the Communications Assistant, facility volunteers, support teams and external service providers to catalyze ongoing care and use of the building and property, in support of Lambrick’s vision, mission, and values.
The FACILITY COORDINATOR helps oversee
- Facility Care, as the go-to person to coordinate maintenance of the building and grounds, establishing volunteer teams, overseeing trades, and working closely with staff.
- Facility Event Coordination, as the main point of contact to organize logistics for scheduled events and rentals for Lambrick ministries and community organizations. (working closely with Communications Assistant).
- Facility Risk and Safety, to mitigate risk, streamline work and ensure compliance.
- Facility Equipment and Technology, to maximize systems and protect assets
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will:
- Be a solution-oriented, proactive individual who prioritizes collaboration.
- Be a diligent worker with the ability to work independently as well as with others.
- Pay attention to details and commits to a job done with excellence.
- Have the flexibility and the ability to work with all sorts of people (potential renters, trades, cleaners). This flexibility also applies to hours and availability to accommodate a reasonable schedule that is planned in advance.
- Balance multiple responsibilities and priorities with a high level of compassionate customer service.
- Successfully manage safety and security of building access with guests and staff
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
We encourage all to apply who have experience with:
- Custodial, facilities, or maintenance work, including Health and Safety programs
- Coordinating volunteers, events, or groups of event participants.
- Software for security, event calendars, and Microsoft apps including SharePoint.
