Simon Prittie

Simon first began attending Lambrick in 1997 after becoming a Christian through Young Life. Many of the friends he met there were already part of Lambrick, and it quickly became his church home. He joined the staff as Worship Director in July 2006 and has been serving the Lambrick community ever since.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Rocky Mountain College in Calgary. His ministry experience includes serving with Young Life, leading worship in local churches, and participating in a touring worship ministry. At Lambrick, Simon oversees worship and the technical elements of Sunday gatherings, including audio, video, and livestream production. He also spent approximately ten years serving as Lambrick’s Young Adults Pastor.

What Simon loves most about ministry is seeing people grow closer to Jesus and to one another as they serve together. He especially enjoys helping people discover their gifts, grow in confidence, and experience the joy of leading others in worship.

Simon and his wife, Melissa, have been married for over 20 years and have two sons. As a family, they love laughing together, musical theatre, singing, great movies, and camping. Simon is also a guitar gear enthusiast who loves collecting effects pedals and designing pedalboards, both for worship at Lambrick and for the country band he plays with.
