Brad Robinson

Brad joined the Lambrick staff in May 2026 after God’s calling brought his wife, Alana, to serve as Executive Pastor. Through conversations with Lambrick’s leadership, the Audio Visual Director role was created as an opportunity for Brad to use his technical experience to support the church and its ministries.

As Audio Visual Director, Brad oversees the audio and visual technology used throughout Lambrick’s ministries. He works alongside staff and volunteers to develop the people, systems, and approach needed to use technology effectively in supporting the church’s mission and sharing the Gospel.

Brad comes to Lambrick after a 25-year career with the RCMP, where he served in supervisory and management roles beginning in 2010. Alongside his policing career, he remained deeply involved in church ministry and previously served as Technical Director at his former church.

Brad loves partnering with ministry leaders and finding ways to equip them so technology enhances, rather than distracts from, their ability to teach, lead, and point people toward Jesus.

Brad and Alana have two sons, Caleb and Gavin. Together, they enjoy discovering new coffee shops and finding quiet places along the shoreline. Before joining the RCMP, Brad was also pursuing a very different career path: becoming an NHL referee!
