Alana Robinson

Alana joined the Lambrick staff in February 2026 after God’s clear prompting and timing led her into a discernment process with the church. As Executive Pastor, she oversees much of Lambrick’s financial and operational management, staff leadership and development, and strategic planning. Working in partnership with the Lead Pastor, Alana helps ensure the practical needs of the church are well supported so that its people and ministries can flourish.

Alana has served the Church from a young age, beginning in music and worship ministry before entering vocational ministry in 2013 as a Worship Director. She transitioned into executive pastoral ministry in 2020 and holds a Master of Business Administration from Trinity Western University, with a focus on non-profit organizations.

Alana loves working behind the scenes to empower others to use their gifts for God’s Kingdom. She firmly believes the Holy Spirit is present in the details and finds great joy in creating the systems, resources, and structures that help people and ministries thrive. She also genuinely loves a good spreadsheet!

Outside of work, Alana loves spending time with her husband, Brad, and their two grown sons. She and Brad have recently taken up the hobby of collecting and caring for houseplants, and she also enjoys paddleboarding and golfing.
