In the midst of Holy Week, we have lots happening around Lambrick and the city. Watch Scott's video to hear more about the Good Friday Services, Easter Sunday, and the upcoming Moldova Tunes and Trivia Night! 

This Sunday, as we celebrate three baptisms, Kids will be dismissed a bit later in the service, so we welcome them to bring along their favourite quiet fidget toy. Everyone is encouraged to bring along a flower to place on the cross. Reminder, there is no soup and bun this week, but we will be handing out Cotton Candy at the end of the service!

Dear Lambrick family, 

This week marks my eighth week on the ground as your Executive Pastor, working together with Scott and the staff team, and alongside all of you, as we live out the kingdom of God each day together. The first two months have been infused with so much kindness and generosity of spirit from so many of you – Brad and I have been blessed beyond measure by the warm welcome. It has also been full of conversations and time for observing, as I immerse myself in the life of our church and get to know as much about the inner workings as I can. 

Much of those inner workings have to do with finances. February 28, 2026, marked the halfway point in our fiscal year, which runs from September 1 to August 31 and so the time is right to update you, our church family, on the state of our finances.  

Join us on Good Friday from 5-7pm in the sanctuary for a contemplative evening beginning with a shared potluck supper, followed by scripture, communion, and reflection. Bring a dish to share! 

We’re also looking for volunteers to help make the evening possible - scripture readers, setup, and cleanup. If you’re interested, use this form to let us know!

A City-Wide Good Friday Service will be held at 9am & 11am at North Douglas Church with Childcare available at the later service. Parking is available at Pacific Christian School and New Life Church; a shuttle will be available at both locations. Those who need accessible parking are welcome to park at North Douglas.

Join us for Tunes and Trivia on April 17 in the Lambrick Cafe at 7pm. Gather as a church family to learn more about our partnership with Beginning of Life and upcoming trip to the tiny country of Moldova--right next to Ukraine, the poorest in Europe, but stepping up in big ways to also help their Ukrainian neighbours. Join us for laughter, learning, light competition, good music, and a few little snacks! 

Bring a flower with you to the Easter Sunday Service on April 5 to lay a flower on the cross during the service. Kids are invited to participate too! If you are able, bring along a few extra flowers to give to those who didn't get the heads up.

Join us for Men's Breakfast, on Saturday April 18 at 8:45am. This will be a great way to get to know some other men and build community at Lambrick. Come to enjoy breakfast and hear the faith journey of one of the guys. Cost is $10 or $8 for students.

Once a month, on a Wednesday and Thursday, the youth leaders get together as a team for an hour of training before youth. We’d love to provide a meal for the volunteers, specifically on Wednesday, April 15. Let Aaron know by filling out the form below if you would be willing to provide a home cooked meal. It would mean a lot to them!

You’re invited to join believers from across Victoria for an evening of prayer and worship as part of the Ignite gathering on May 8 at 6:30 PM at Victoria Church of the Nazarene. This citywide gathering is hosted by City Reach Victoria in partnership with Ignite Prayer Canada and is open to everyone. It will be a time to seek God’s presence together, pray for unity among churches, and ask for spiritual renewal in our community. Find out more through this video and the link below.
