Join us this summer for a trip to Big Splash Water Park over on the mainland! Cost is $80 per person and includes the ferry and admission to the park. Please bring extra cash for food or snacks. Up and coming Grade 6s and recently graduated Grade 12s are welcome.

Women's Gathering has been Renewed, and will be meeting this summer at Mt Doug Park to talk together about Joy. 

We will be meeting on Saturday, August 10, from 10:30am to 12pm, at Mt Doug Park, ocean-side of the park in the grassy area near the beach parking lot. We would encourage you to bring a lawn chair, blanket, or something to sit on as it will be outside on the grass.

Come retreat to beautiful Imadene West with us! We'll be glamping on the stunning shores of Mesachie Lake, sharing songs, stories and laughs around the campfire, eating great food, and enjoying the beauty of God's creation together. 

Union Gospel Mission (UGM) recognizes the unique challenges faced by women battling addiction and is establishing Arrow Home, a Women’s Recovery Home for 6 mothers and babies in a safe and nurturing environment in Victoria. UGM is looking to hire an administrator and recovery care workers. If you are interested in learning more about these positions please find the job descriptions through the link below.

The Mustard Seed is seeking volunteers to help distribute school supplies, tennis shoes, clothing, and grocery store gift certificates to 600 children at Quadra Village Community Centre.  It will be a fun environment for kids to pick up needed supplies. Volunteers will assist families to get their school supplies, help kids find the right shoes, and select clothing items. 

They are looking for volunteers during the day on August 9 and 10.

Today we pray for one of our international missions partners - International Justice Missions (IJM) and their program in South Asia to combat human trafficking and forced labor slavery. They rescue victims, partner with agencies to bring criminals to justice, restore survivors, and work to strengthen justice systems.
