For those who are not familiar with Haven Pregnancy Support Clinic, they are a Christian Organization that is motivated by the grace and compassion we have received, and in turn, offers that compassion to those in our community who have been impacted by an unplanned pregnancy.
Many of the Clinic’s clients have limited support systems and resources, which unfortunately can result in a cycle of limited choices. Often these individuals feel that they have to choose between an unwanted abortion or a life of unbearable struggle. We believe the Lord calls us to offer more than that. As a church, we have a wealth of resources that can make a difference.
By supporting the work of the Haven Pregnancy Support Clinic, we can make a significant impact in reducing the economic, educational and isolation barriers that these individuals are facing.
There are several ways we can partner with the Haven Pregnancy Support Clinic in this work:
- through prayer,
- by volunteering to come alongside specific clients in practical ways,
- and finally, by giving financially through their Annual Campaign for Hope.
The Campaign runs from Mother’s Day through to Father’s Day.
