Brent and Shelley Weeks

Today we pray for our missions partners, Brent and Shelley Weeks serving with Reach Beyond in Australia - spreading the gospel in 24 languages to remote and isolated communities throughout the Asia Pacific region via short wave radio.

Brent and Shelley are continuing their transition from Melbourne to Kunnunura the actual shortwave facility in far north Western Australia.

They continue to be involved in the radio programming as well as the physical maintenance work on the transmitters.  They are also currently upgrading all the networks on the Kunnunura site and centralizing the equipment in an appropriate facility.

They ask for our prayers:

• As they prepare all the audio programming and timings for a shortwave schedule change on March 31;
• For both Shelley and Brent to receive permission to do the coursework and obtain Restricted Electrical Licences necessary for the work they do with higher voltages
• For their return trip to Melbourne in April/May as they finish packing for their move
• For listeners in Myanmar struggling through hardship and persecution – many having to leave their homes and hide in the forests for safety
