This Sunday, we will be joined by Chan Skalinder, from Partners International.
Partners International work globally to equip Christian leaders and local churches to respond in areas of extreme need. It is through Partners International that Lambrick has been connected with Mahima Homes in India for several years now. Partners International also helped us to identify Beginning of Life Moldova, who were the recipients of our 2022 Advent offering. The Advent offering was for a specific project, delivering necessary supplies to individuals effected by the war in Ukraine, but we also are exploring opportunities to partner with their work going forward. This includes an opportunity for Lambrick folks to visit Moldova later this year, to meet the team behind Beginning of Life ministries and find out more about their work. If you might be interested in coming along on this trip, or just want to find out more, plan to join Chan in the cafe after the service this week, for a brief Q&A time. |

A Pause for Thought
Instead of our usual Song of the Week, this week we have a 3 minute encouragement and reflection on the new year, from Cath Woolridge. "If this new year, you have an expectation of a spring-like landscape, but are left feeling as though you are trudging through a bleak winter, may you know that winter can also have beautiful days." (TW: This clip references a miscarriage) (Tech note: this link is best opened on a laptop or desktop computer, as opposed to a phone or tablet) For more infomation visit:
