DESCRIPTION:"Learning Toward Truth and Reconciliation" is a monthly gatheri
ng at Lambrick Park Church where we learn another slice of how we can move
toward truth and reconciliation with our Indigenous neighbours. Recognizi
ng Christ's call to love our neighbours well\, to seek justice\, and corre
ct oppression\, we also recognize that this is a call to the long walk and
hard work of justice in our own country and our own hearts. \nFor this T
uesday's Learning toward Recociliation\, we will be learning about Indigen
ous veterans who fought for Canada in WWII through the documentary Forgott
en Warriors by the National Film Board of Canada.
