  toward truth and reconciliation with our Indigenous neighbours. Recognizi
 ng Christ's call to love our neighbours well\, to seek justice\, and corre
 ct oppression\, we also recognize that this is a call to the long walk and
  hard work of justice in our own country and our own hearts. \nThe Nation
 al Day for Truth and Reconciliation can be a good place to start\; althoug
 h\, as Christ followers\, we dare not only do the work one day a year.  \
 nHosted by one of our pastors\, Kenzie Watson\, each monthly gathering wil
 l feature a recorded teaching to help us learn about this important work\,
  followed by a brief time to process together and spend some time in praye
 r.\nOn October 6 from 7-9 pm\, we will be gathering in the Church Cafe and
  listening to a recorded teaching.
